Prices & Insurance Billing

Direct billing is dependent on which service and therapist (Massage, Naturopathy, Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Counselling or Chiropractic) you will be having. Not being able to direct bill to your insurance company does not necessarily mean it is not covered. It just means we are unable to submit a claim electronically for you and would require you to pay upfront and submit to them for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company indicating the practitioners professional designation (RAc, RCT, RCT-C, DoMP, etc) to determine if your plan will cover their services and if it allows direct billing. Also check to find out if a doctor referral is required for the service.

For Osteopathic services only Blue cross/Veterans Affairs can be direct billed at this time.

For Massage, Chiropractic, Naturopathic, Counselling and Acupuncture services most plans can be direct billed but please check first to make sure.

Payment Policy

• All payments must be made at time of service. Please check your private insurance plans as many extended plans cover manual osteopathy, acupuncture, chiropractic, counselling therapy and massage therapy. Refunds will not be given for treatments already rendered.

Cancellation Policy

• We completely understand that unexpected situations arise and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. However, we do ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow time for the spot to be filled by another client. Since late cancellations and no-shows result in a loss of income for the therapist and impact the sustainability of the clinic, clients must give 24 hours notice of cancellation or they will be charged up to 100% of the appointment fee.
